Christy, well written as usual. None of us knows what is around the corner when we take on first responder careers. We think we do. We've all watched the iconic shows that appeal to our sense of making a difference while running into danger. Truly, there were so many days we would say, "this is the best job ever!" No day was ever the same. That caution tape was more cautionary than anyone knew. Little did we realize that danger is running right back at us like a little ninja! Grace is the least we could all hold for each other and ourselves. Thank you Christy.
